This site doesn’t look like it’s from 1996 (it seems a couple of years younger), but somehow it is old. The Wayback Machine confirms that the layout is the same as it was in 1997, but the owner added a privacy statement in 2001. <CENTER> tag and a narrow menu map confirm the age.
