Today we realize that neither Netscape nor Internet Explorer are good web browsers. But around the time of Y2K, the debate of which was better raged on. The personal root of this site hasn’t been updated in 9 years because the author feels that there are too many “unscrupulous people” out there in 2000 vs. 1997. Ain’t that the truth.

The “unscrupulous people” update was actually made sometime in early 2006 and by that point there were a hell of a lot more people, including “unscrupulous” ones, online compared to 1997.
