2011 Update: The server appears down for good…
The Internet found its way to Africa in the 90’s, but was virtually limited to institutions and the extremely wealthy. This site marks the plans for Tunisia’s Internet plans. Hopefully they came to fruition. The colored background is a bonus from plain old white.
