Who knows what the missing plug-in required to view part of this site could be. Not too many sites from the HTML 2.0 era are still around. This one also uses Apache 2.0 (the logo at the bottom is actually an animated GIF, but the animation occurs while the image is still below the fold after load). Actually, the last major update to the site seems to be when everything was upgraded to Apache 2.0 in 2004. Background music no longer seems to function, but is in the page source and Internet Archive version.
