404PageFound started in May 2009 with the goal of uncovering pages straight out of the 1990's that continue to survive. This is a gallery of old sites that are reminiscent of the early graphical Internet, not an archive of how sites used to look (ie. Internet Archive) and by no means a place to ridicule dated web design. On 404PageFound, you won't find any 404 errors - we've found plenty of them already.
